We offer various levels of service from simply delivering a fabulous balloon bouquet to decorating an entire event. We have a partner event planner as well as different rental equipment providers if you need.

Contact us by phone, email or online form to book a date. We require 50% deposit (CC, Venmo, Zelle or cash) with the rest paid upon delivery. And remember, it is never too late to place an order, we may be able to serve you with the same day delivery options.

Clients maintain the right to cancel or reschedule at any time, however a 50% cancellation fee applies. All sales are final once delivered to you or your recipient.

Our minim order quantity for deliveries is $150 and you may be eligible for free delivery within the city of San Diego. There is no minimum for pick up orders.

We server the entire county of San Diego as far north as San Marcos. Depending on your location and order quantity, you may be eligible for free delivery. 

Helium inflated balloons float time is dependent on surrounding climate, but is generally around 24 hours. However, we accept no responsibility for balloon float times and will advise and reiterate this condition to all customers who order in advance and require delivery ahead of the occasion date. No reimbursement of costs will be offered for balloons not floating “long enough”.

Balloon decorations, such as arches and garlands, may survive much longer indoors (days – weeks) than outdoors (few hours – couple days). Similar to helium inflated balloons, there is no warranty for decorations placed outdoors, while indoors they tend to live much longer.
