We offer various levels of service from simply delivering a fabulous balloon bouquet to decorating an entire venue for a private party or a corporate event. We have partnered with event planners as well as different rental equipment providers to be able to offer you full service packages.

Contact us by phone, email or online form to book a date. We require 50% deposit (credit/debit card, ACH transfer, Venmo, Zelle or cash) with the rest paid upon delivery. And remember, it is never too late to place an order, we may be able to deliver the same day!

Clients maintain the right to cancel or reschedule at any time, however a 50% cancellation fee applies. All sales are final once delivered to you or your recipient.

Our minim order quantity for deliveries is $150 and you may be eligible for free delivery within the city of San Diego. There is no minimum for pick up orders.

We server the entire county of San Diego from La Jolla to Alpine, from San Ysidro to San Marcos. Depending on your location and order quantity, you may be eligible for free delivery. 

Helium inflated balloons float time is dependent on surrounding climate, but is generally around 24 hours. We accept no responsibility for balloon float times and reiterate this to all customers who order in advance and require delivery ahead of time. No reimbursement of costs will be offered for balloons not floating “long enough”.

Balloon decorations, such as arches, garlands, and floor compositions may survive much longer. When kept indoors they last for several days if not weeks, and if placed outdoors they last for a few hours up to a couple days. Similar to helium inflated balloons, there is no warranty for decorations, especially when placed outdoors.
